Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Lobby was very nice design / decorated. Staff quickly and courteously attended to our needs.
Two things: 1) The exterior doors did not unlock with our room key. We had to walk around thru the main lobby. It was VERY cold outside and we assume this had something to do with the door problem. 2) The breakfast was nothing special and it was cold.

Restaurant was nice and front desk personnel was excellent.
Hot tub was much too hot.......could not stay longer than 5-6 minutes.

Stay was uneventful.
Had some problems in my room - microwave did not work and the fridge was defrosted and leaking when I arrived.

Close to Kalahari and affordable.
Poor lighting in back parking area and the doors were not locked for keycard access.

When sent to our room originally it wasn't ready and we had to go back to the front desk and get another room. Our ac/heater wasn't working so we thought we'd open the window...there was no screen.

This hotel was great. We just wanted a place to stay during a weekend trip to Cedar Point, but we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! We were disappointed we didn't have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities! The service was great and the room was very comfortable.
The only thing I was disappointed about was the small ice buckets, but that was the only thing.
