Everything was great! Could use a little up grade bathroom.
The room I stay in had a bad smell, however a good house fresh spray before a person is to stay overnight should be refresh.

The staff was very friendly. The bar and restaurant were really good.
The bathroom in my room was dirty. The grout in the shower had black areas of it. The walls were very thin, I could normal talking in the next room.

EVERYTHING! Came highly recommended by relatives who live in Varina/Henrico County - very close to them and easy access! Nice eateries close by - hope to visit my "favorite uncle" again soon and Doubletree is of course our choice. Many thanks for a wonderful long week-end. Very pleasant........

First and foremost...the COOKIES. Secondly, the comfort of the pillow-top mattresses and bedding; very elegant. The friendliness of the entire staff, from registration to housekeeping, was superb; felt like I was in a restaurant being attended to by the waitstaff. Definite 10 experience!
