We were able to make quick, last minute reservations for a funeral in downtown Richmond. Dishwasher appeared clean, but did not use it. Dishes available, but did not use them.
Ceiling fan string missing, could not change settings off Hi. Clock was broken, set several hrs ahead, and docking did not work for ipod. Bathroom door hinge was missing, unable to close without shoving hard. Front of sink had a 4" gash in wood, and sinks were low. TV in awkward place, difficult to see from bed or couch. Heavy cigarette smoke smell going in and out of rear exits. Close to airport, loud planes.

Nice choice for breakfast. Bed very comfortable.
Little expensive for a single senior citizen.

Very comfortable accomodations! Friendly staff.
Only one concern: we were there for a week and on two of the nights the lower sheet was not the right size for the bed. We spent those two nights with the bottom sheet coming loose both at the top and the bottom.

We enjoyed our stay! We attended a wedding ceremony and stayed for the evening. It was comfortable and close to a 24 hour store just in case you forgot something or wanted a little snack. Staff was courteous and polite.
The shower stall could use some work and the light switch was in an awkward place in the restroom (all minor in our book). The one big downside the hotel is that there are no bathrooms on the floor where the wedding was held. Highly inconvenient and inconsiderate of guest.
