The staff is so awesome! The restaurants food and service was excellent. Love this hotel so charming and unique. We came for boots and brews concert which made the stay even more fun! The pool and bars were fabulous! The hotel is just off the highway and close to Pismo and Avila beach if you feel like exploring.

My only gripe was the bed in our room felt like sleeping on a cot. It was too soft and not supportive for someone with a bad back. For that reason I gave hotel 8 for comfort and price because if I’m paying over $200 a night I would expect newer mattress. However if you love soft mattresses then you would like the bed. We were in the horse and foal room. The room is very spacious and was clean and the bathroom was big.

I only stayed at Madonna Inn for one night, and I wish I had been able to stay longer. At night my fiancé and I enjoyed the jacuzzi and on Sunday morning we went to breakfast at the hotel restaurant! I wish I’d been able to wander the property more but we had lot of things crammed into a short amount of time.

Room was amazing. Pool was fun. Lots of charm. Horses & Cows roaming in the field and the garden.

For a 3 Star it’s a little pricey and it would be nice to have some kind of complimentary breakfast or something, especially for families that pay a lot for the bigger rooms.
