The room was nice, new and clean!
Checking in was an absolute nightmare!!! The parking is rediculous!! It's un organized & chaotic! I've never ran into such an unprofessional way of doing business! The front desk guy was great and very apologetic. We had 2 little kids with us and ended up having to park 3 blocks away!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet for being next to Highway 101 (main road North to Golden Gate Bridge). Only 3blocks from 'crooked' bit of Lombard, but all uphill. Only twenty minutes walk to Fishermans Wharf.
On first night toilet blocked at same time as the cistern kept flowing. Not pleasant!
On last day, couldn't get back in room after breakfast-battery had run out in door lock. Fixed quickly by handyman, but neighbour said the same thing happened to them the day before.

I thought this as a great value. It is about a mile walk to pier 39, but over half the price of closer hotels. Rooms were large. Staff was excellent. I would stay there again

The room was cleaned each day and the noise level was good for being in the heart of the city. There was enough space in the room to have a roll away bed and allow us to move about without any problem. For the area of SF we were in, it was a good value.
If there was a way to make the continental breakfast more efficient and less congested, that would be helpful. Maybe provide trays so customers could take their breakfast to their room or increase the time it is available.

The TV in our room was making a buzz, needs to be replace. No fridge in the room.
