Main reason for choosing Signature Inn San Francisco Marina District: Rate
Excellent location - from hotel one can be anywhere in the city between 20 to 40 minutes depending on traffic.
Breakfast gets you started in the morning - that is what matters.
This time we got lucky and were able to park in the lot without any problems.
If you do have to park in the neighborhood read parking restriction signs carefully!

The bed was very comfortable
The bathroom fan was to loud and there was no way to turn it off because it was on an auto on system

I would never have gone to Cow Harbor if we hadn't stayed there and I loved the beautiful architecture! The beds were comfortable and the furniture was new. The spaces in the parking area were tight, but free! There was a nice patio area to sit out in.
There were still some odd, unfinished things in the remodel, which didn't bother me at the price. The rooms fronting the street were noisy, but had pretty bay windows and a view of the beautiful homes up the hillside. The carpet was new, but unfortunately stained.
