Location was very good.
Price is too high for the lower end quality. Room did not have some of the basics, no tissues in bathroom, no bedding in the room for sofa bed, no plastic liner for ice bucket.

The weather was FANTASTIC!!
I was very disappointed in that your buffet breakfast was not offered during our stay due to renovation. A discount for our room or for the adjoining restaurant would have been nice. Also, the service desk was unoccupied at various times, creating the inconvenience of walking to the other building in order to speak in-person with hotel staff. In addition, another member of our traveling party became frantic and hysterical when she got locked in her hotel room. A maintenance man had to remove the lock from the door in order for her to exit. Based upon these experiences, I would recommend this hotel only with reserve.

I am always happy with the hotel and its location and plenty of parking on my regular visits to SF.
I was disappointed in the dinner menu at the restaurant. I am allergic to dairy and there was nothing without cheese or meat for me. The chef accommodated my request, but it was just steamed vegetables on top of pasta, not very appetizing or delicious. In such a big hotel chain in a huge metropolitan city I was surprised at this lack of option.
