Location was good.
The line at the in Hotel coffee shop was rather long in the morning. Perhaps you could add some help. I waited a good 10 minutes just for a cup of coffee. The breakfast buffet is way over priced.

I am very disappointed that the Holiday Inn did not credit me the points for staying there and I will not use HI again!

It is so cozy, and comfortable, and such a great location! NO STRESS! Great Restaurants, and such a beautiful store with everrything you need..also right on the bus and trolley lines!
I thought the buffet was overpriced, and you had to make your own waffles...In the past, the Holiday Inn at the warf is famous for it's belgum waffles!

WE liked that you accommodated us with rooms together. We liked the Denny's restaurant food and convenience. We liked the proximity to all the wonderful sights around Fisherman's wharf.
There was one drawback. We were four women traveling alone, and I did not feel safe walking from the building where we checked in and the building in which we stayed. One suggestion would be golf carts to tranport people from the main desk to their final destination.

Très bon emplacement. Services d'autobus, "câble car" et transport très accessibles.
Fisherman's Wharf à quelques pas. Restaurant Denny's 24 hres à même l'hotel.
Personnel accueillant. Propreté très bien. Lit king confortable.
J'y retournerais.
Vieillissant mais propre. Qualité/prix très bon.
