We enjoyed the restaurant, the morning café and the mini market
Unfortunately, and not the hotel's fault, the area is not appealing or inviting.

The whole experience, it was fantastic. Very quiet, very comfortable bed and extremely helpful staff. They helped us with lots of things, travel, restaurants and so on. Couldn't have asked for more.

Loved the location, and despite being a very busy hotel, we felt the staff were attentive
Clearly a major issue with the homeless around the location of the hotel. Not a fault of the hotel, but US needs a much better social justice program. Rooms were quite small, but the windows opening to the outside were great a feature and did assist in making the room feel larger

Loved our view and was so nice that they gave me something for my 61st birthday. My daughter buys me tickets to the opera every birthday in November and we love staying at the hotel because of the comfort of the beds! What type of mattresses are those?
Needed good water bottles in room or when we checked in. Thunder Valley Hotel does this and also, not enough coffee was in the room or cream.
