Embassy Hotel

My experience in Embassy hotel is..... TERRIBLE The room is quite dirty, the breakfast is very very inadequate, with the staff pressing you to finish early and do not stay long. The worse is the manner and attitude of the staffs, particularly Mr. Naresh, even worse if you are Asian. Just wonder how can such poor service existing in SF charging over US$150 per night.

A splendid hotel with a nice staff for few money.

I have so many bad things to say about this hotel that apparently my review is too long at it won't let me submit it. In short, terrible neighbourhood (gun shots heard one night from the street below our room), the worst staff and service that I have EVER encountered anywhere, was told we were charged on the first day, but they actually charged my credit card FIVE DAYS after I returned to Australia, staff brought me to tears due to their utter rudeness and incompetence. I wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy.

The location left something to be desired. I didn't enjoy walking down the street watching transients shooting up. The adjoining building which, I assume, housed students from the culinary institute was extremely noisy making it next to impossible to sleep. The parking area is a joke and next to impossible to get into unless you have someone to run around to notify the desk clerk that you're waiting for the gate to be opened. The tv was so small it was nearly impossible to see. I could go on, but I digress.
