Staff was fantastic. Our room was ready early and they didn't hesitate to give it to us. It was a beautiful hotel. Loved the rooms and the location couldn't have been better.

It was a treat being so close to Fisherman's Wharf, easy walking ... We enjoyed the Blue Mermaid, our room was comfortable, the staff every pleasant, helpful and efficient.
The hotel is terrific. We were guests twice n a week - the second visit was very congested due to Fleet Week and Obama being in town. Nothing wrong with your hotel.

Friendly, considerate staff. Open casement windows letting in the bay breeze. Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows; stayed in a deluxe queen room. Great location within walking distance to all the wharf area sights. Quiet and very clean and safe. Loved the lobby wine reception. I would stay here again and highly recommend this very upscale boutique hotel.
Would be nice to have shuttle service to the airport.
