The view from our room was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Cleanliness is lacking to say the least. Two of our towels were stained, a washcloth in particular was absolutely disgusting. The chairs on our balcony were old, stained and dirty. The staff in general was apathetic and with the exception of a manager that greeted us in the morning, they were not nice.

I wish there was family pricing available in the restaurants on grounds. Your food prices are simply too high. So, I would drive in town for breakfact and dinner.

The Sheraton is right by the airport. Great for business travelers. You will hear airplanes going over. Not walking distance to town. Strictly a fantastic facility for business functions.
Sheraton is broken into 2 towers. Towers are approx. 10 minute walk apart. The Bay tower was obviosuly a different (lower end) hotel that was acquired and combined with Sheraton. Amenities are much more bare bones than Marina Tower. Minimal pool area. 1 small rest. No gym. No spa. (Marina tower has all of these and they are wonderful) Also, Bay tower bathrooms are small. Minimal counter space. No vanity. No shelf space to put toiletries.

Water pressure wasn't the best,the faucets weren't all that either,elevators were really bad as far as working properly.in general I would stay there again.

The service at the front desk,the service in the resteraunt and lounge area.
