Being able to walk to a restaurant for dinner was very nice. Men on duty at the desk were very nice and helpful.
Could have used an earlier breakfast time, since we had to be on the 7:10 shuttle for the airport.

I asked for a quiet room and my room was reasonably quiet. There were some good restaurants on San Mateo Ave, "the Street" within walking distance. The Sushi House was great for Japanese food. There is a Starbucks around the corner. I found the accommodations clean and comfortable and the bed comfortable. Not a lot of frills, but I saved a lot on price.
The workout room had only three pieces of equipment. The free coffee wasn't great.

Young, male desk clerk was consistently friendly and helpful, recommending nearby restaurants, etc. I wish I could remember his name, but it was hard to pronounce. He mentioned coming from India.

Parking
Dirty and smelly room. Bathroom door does not close. Stained towels. Not friendly staff.

We picked it because it was close to the airport and have stayed at Ramadas before.
In general it is in need of a face lift. The sheets did not fit the bed well and the breakfast was extremely minimal and the space where it was served held only 4 tables. The lay of the rooms was very confusing as there were at least two courtyards to work around.

Mixed review here--my cell phone was left in the room and when went back they couldn't find the key to get it out. They promised to send it but it didn't show up until I called about six times. Then they finally sent it. I'm glad to have it back. They did find it and send it but should've been more prompt.
