Breakfast was outstanding. Room was decent.
The internet speed was slow. I could get emails, but could not look at videos or use Pandora.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Easy parking as very few people were staying on that Wednesday night. The waitress at breakfast was quite friendly and helpful.
No ice machine was working on ANY floor! How can that be? Had to go to the kitchen to get ice - how ridiculous is that? No "Out of Order" signs were placed on the ice machines. Had to go to the desk and nearly beat it out of the clerk as to where I could get ice. She did not "offer" it up. You'd think Holiday Inn could offer a better price to spend the night for spouses of hospital patients than the price I paid - $63. That was a large disappointment.

Distance from the event that we were partaking in.
Requested early check-in and after numerous phone calls and a guarantee that the room would be ready early, it wasn't. We also had faulty equipment in the room. The ironing board would not stand on it's own. We notified housekeeping for a replacement.

There is a manager on staff named Cindi who was extremely personable, helpful and accommodating as was the entire staff.

Room smelled like Mold. Hotel price was overpriced for the area. Plenty of lower priced good hotels nearby.

Convenience of location
Wasn't the cleanest place I've visited, The vanity w smeared and streaked rather than shiny and lacked soap dishes. The bedding, especially the pillows, did not smell fresh. The room also lacked full length mirror. I felt the room was rather pricey.
