I liked everything. There was nothing that I had a complaint about.
I did not like the reviews, the hotel had nothing that was in the reviews, that were true. All that were on the reviews were not correct. My room was clean. It did not steel bad. There was no humidity. The bed was clean and made and very comfortable.

Front desk was very friendly
The room needed updating, and the mattress needs replaced. The air conditioning didn't work, and room was very hot... The whole place needs remodeling..

The Staff was friendly and helpful.
Bar and restaurant was great.
Towels at the pool are not maintained available. Myself and numerous guest call for towels in the pool area, but they were not made available.
The sauna is not maintained in an operable condition.
The continental breakfast is not maintained to accomodate the quantity of quest
present to partake.

The hotel seems run down and in need of repairs. There was torn furniture in a room. There is not enough control of what is going on in the lobby. I was hit in the face full force by a remote control helicopter. The four boys had already been playing with it the previous evening in the lobby. We don't have a very good memory of our stay.

Rooms outdated
Bed was broken
CHANGED ROOMS BECAUSE OF MUSTEY/SMOKEY SMELL
Breakfast Bar to much bread, fruit would have made a good selection and bacon
dont think sausage gravey was a good choice on bar.
Staff was wonderful with what they had to work with.

The staff was quick to say that negotiations were underway for the Ramada franchise, explaining why there were Ramada references in some places and not in others. That also likely explains why the room was incredibly low priced and included breakfast.
Our conference there was handled professionally and the meal provided was good.
I indicated on the exit card several details that needed attention in the room -- nothing major, just some things that might turn picky people off.

Staff was not very friendly. Took way to long to check in to hotel. Keycards would not work. Rooms do not have individual climate control and was about 80 degrees in the room with the air conditioner all the way on cool and fan on max.
