Had to rearrange our visit by several days due to the terrible storms in England in early January so we explained this to the company because it was a prepaid visit and they were very understanding

Reception staff on our arrival didn't seem to be very helpful or customer friendly,and she was also the person who was the waitress in the restuant in the evening and again not very friendly
