Quality of the room and comfort of the bed.
Buffet breakfast was very good.
The pool and sauna were excellent.
Our meal at dinner on a holiday Monday.The wait staff also had to work the bar that
delayed the meal. The restaurant wasn't overly busy but the kitchen seemed slow as well. We went elsewhere for other large meals uptown and were properly served there.

Proximity to the downtown area, all close to the Hilton and easy walking.
I thought that parking was expensive.
