Hampton Inn & Suites Saint John

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. My husband was in St. John for work, and I brought my 3 boys for a treat to swim and have a fun evening away. I was upset upon arrival that despite our request we were told no cribs were available. I was told cribs and cots were first come first serve, and they were all in use. I said since I have to pay extra to have a 5th person in our room (this is standard for all hotels), I would expect they could provide each of us a place to sleep and if not, they had a contact number we could've been reached at to inform us to make other arrangements for our infant. Then the manager called up to our room and informed us she'd be off in 45 minutes and would go buy a new pack n play for our baby to sleep in. She even went so far as to ask if we needed anything else while she was out as she knew I'd be on my own. The staff were all so kind and apologetic for the mix up, we really could not have asked for anything more. The boys ended up having a fantastic evening (the pool was perfect for young kids), and we all had a fantastic experience. Truly phenomenal customer service

The room was very spacious, staff was great when we needed extra pillows, breakfast was good, lots of food & variety.

The pool was cold so therefore we did not really swim in it and our grandchildren (3&2) didn't want to get in. It did not feel like the heater was on at all.

Wonderful spot for families to take their children the pool is very clean and the rooms are beautiful and so comfortable! We truely enjoyed our stay.

Providing toiletries since cannot carry them on airlines It would be nice to have bath gel provided also
