The room was spotless and everything was in perfect order. The location is very convenient to downtown and the reversing falls. The only downside is that it isn't walkable to downtown because of the busy roads adjacent but we realized that when booking.
The power went out across town and the hotel was affected. It was then that we discovered that the hotel stair case did not have emergency lights on all of the floors. Putting that aside, we thought it was a great hotel. But, in an emergency situation, the hotel has a serious issue to address with insufficient lighting in the stairwell.
