It was easy to access
The bedding in one of the beds was too small.One sheet had been folded in two and was used for both the bottom and top sheet

We have often stayed there before , but this visit was a disaster. They were in the process of refurbishing it. Our room was not ready for occupation. There was just one bed and nothing else. Nohwere to put or hang our clothes. Breakfast had to be colected from Reception, which a was acomplete mess with the builders in it, and then taken back up to our room on the first floor on trays. It should have been closed whilst the breakfast cafe and office were being done and the rooms should be complete befor letting any one use tham!! Not to be recommended until it has been sorted.

The staff were very pleasant
The checking in process is very slow and tedious. There was a difficulty in registering our second visit on our return journey as the reference number could not be recognised. The computer system appears to be very slow.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
