The location, outside the city, easily accessible by car and ability to (safely) to park. The hotel is a stone's throw from the metro.

I did find the staffs was very helpful and professionals, breakfast was excellent. The tube was a few distance to the hotel, the room perfect for two people and very clean.
One thing I didn't like was the security at the reception, it was too much on your face.
