Le personnel accueillant et courtois. vraiment très aimable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait. Le restaurant déjeuner excellent service.
Matelas moyennement confortable, pas de système d'aération dans la salle de bain et manque de finition dans la décoration des chambres. Cependant le personnel compense et j'y retournerais volontiers.

La courtoisie des employés
Le manque de stationnement
les escaliers jusqu'au stationnement(avec des bagages et une enfant c'est difficile)pas d'ascenceur accessible pour se rendre au stationnement
le manque de respect de certains gens dans les couloirs à des heures tardives(bruyant), nous avions une jeune enfant avec nous.
