Free parking and proximity to both Downtown and Midtown.
The first night, another guest in a room perhaps one floor up was having a "party" which started about 9 or 10 pm and continued until about 3 am and only when I finally called the front desk did someone notice and put a stop to it. Very obnoxious and unclear to me why no one at the hotel itself knew this was happening as it is not very big and some of the activity was outside on balcony, etc.

Did not like the night clerk-very rude and unfriendly. did not like the downtown location. The pillows were too small.
