The staff at the front desk was not courtesy. when I asked questions, she said wait and will give the answer later. but she never give me answer

There were no fans in the bathroom - nasty! And, it was the first time in several years that I have had to pay for internet service. Adding $100 to the bill for that totally ruined the experience - I will pass that on to my fellow meeting planners, as that's a big deal in 2013! Totally ridiculous to charge customers for that necessity.

We were catching up with friends and was a good and convenient place to do so.
Our room was very hot as temperatures were very high. The air conditioner was not working in our room. Your bar area did not have any nibbles/nuts, etc. We sat there and ordered a couple bottles of wine. Only meals were being served.

Pleasant staff, nice room decor, small, but good restaurant.
Bathroom needs remodeling/updating, also there was a water leak under the sink.
