Main reason for choosing Governors Inn Hotel: Facilities

The ambiance is old world and comfortable. The staff are responsive, efficient and warm. Had a Great time at the spa. The decor is elegant and the breakfast sumptuous. The airport shuttle was very useful. Overall would definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to stay there again.

How quiet our room was and the new renovation that was done. We have stayed there 4 times and will continue to do so.

I liked how clean the lobby and rooms looked as I walked in. This is an important factor for me. It was extremely quiet, important as I was on a business trip.

Staff was very nice, courteous. Room was spacious and clean.
Location. Several cars were vandalized, including mine. Ended up costing $4300 to fix. If the hotel knows they are in an area that has lots of vandalism, they need to beef up their security.
