The location in proximity of Old Town Sacremento is wonderful. The facilities are very nice as is the staff.
As always the complimentary happy hour me breakfast made to,order are a hit.
Would prefer onsite self parking, but not a deal breaker to use the Valet service. On a positive note avalet service let us keep their vehicle past our checkout so we could go explore Old Town some more.

The premier floor is just great. Had a really nice stay. This hotel is perfectly placed to visit Old Town.

They put out a cheese and crackers tray for our 45th anniversary. Very thoughtful.

We had a absolutely wonderful stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool & looking out at the Sacramento River. Breakfast was great & the Restuarant was awesome!! We will definitely stay here again.

When going over my bank statement i found an extra $75 charge. I called the hotel and spoke to the accountant, he said it was for smoking in the room. I pointed out to him that none of that stayed smoked that's why we booked a non smoking room. He said he would talk to house keeping and call me back. He di call me back and informed me that he couldn't "find the report" and would credit it back. Same thing happened the previous year and instead of calling they just credited it back to us. Good thing we are good about checking our bank statements.

Reception hour.
Rooms were cold, could not get proper service for this problem. We both got sick. Maid Service was not good. Request not responded to properly.
Service, staff did not live up to the cost...

The suite we had was wonderful. It would have been HEAVENLY if the freeway sound proofing was better. I was surprised when we heard the AM commute.
I wish the person that checked us in would have explained that the hotels Valet service was a better value than the self parking across the street. It would have saved us a trip around Old Town, and trying to get back to the hotel.
