The staff were friendly and attentive
The lighting in the room was not adequate. More chairs would have been nice as there were 3 of us in the room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel staff were professional and helpful.
Yes we attended a banquet and after the banquet we had approximately twenty persons that wanted to have a drink at the bar which already had six people in the bar, we were informed that the bar closed at eleven o'clock that was funny because the website stated that the bar stayed open until one o'clock.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They shuttled me back and forth in a wheelchair and never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
It would have been great to have a shuttle to the airport. Uber was okay, but some are new and don’t know the area and/or where to drop you off at the airport. Since I am disabled and need assistance some Uber drivers are not familiar with people with special needs.

We assumed when registering 2 adults and 3 Children, ages 16, 14 and 12 years old, that there would be a fold out bed in addition to the two queen size beds. My Son also made a complaint regarding the smell of pot coming from the room next door was not sure it had been addressed.

Location. Parking facilities. Overall ambiance.
Area traffic is like being in combat at certain times of day. But of course, that goes with Sacramento. One of the reasons I abandon that fair city of my birth decades ago.
