The hotel is conveniently situated between our home in Nerja and the port of Bilbao. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff act in a professional manner. If our stay was not as comfortable as we would have wished, there are plenty of hotels in Burgos to choose from. At the moment the Sercotel Ciudad de Burgos is our choice.
We used to think that the food in the restaurant was not at all 'to our taste' and the service given by the restaurant staff was a little indifferent. However, during our recent visit we found new staff and a new menu, possibly prepared by a new chef, to be much more acceptable.

We had trouble finding the hotel, it is far outside of Burgos and thus deceives the name "Ciudad de Burgos." But after it was found, has everything went well with the reservation and the service. It's just a transit hotel with good Transport (luckily the windows are soundproof .. good)

Overall a very pleasent one night stay. Reception and restaurant staff were first class in making us feel comfortable ... English language spoken by both.

Evening meal was reasonably priced.
No, we would stay there again without hesitation.
