J'aurais bien aimé en profiter au petite déjeuner des saucisse,bacon et oeufs. J'ai découvert leur existence juste en partant!!!

The size of the room
The coffee maker in the room
We drove for over an hour and a half around the city centre to find a way to the hotel as every road was closed or pedestrian only or one way.
The car park was extremely expensive particularly for a motorbike.
The reception staff were surley and unfriendly.
Our booking form said balcony room with cathedral view but there was no balcony. Windows dirty.
Carpet grubby.
Breakfast was extremely expensive for a very ordinary spread. We expected to pay more for a city hotel but this was very over priced and below standard for a mercure hotel

We very much liked the location, and the hotel staff always treated us courteously and professionally.
When travelling in France, I must accept the hotel prices will be higher. This was true at this hotel, but there were no surprise fees or hidden costs. The hotel kept its promises with regard to cost.
