The ability to be able to walk into Rouen Centre

underground parking for my motorcycle,
it has a bar,
decent breakfast

Very centrally located and keeping dogs allowed.
Although dog ownership allowed, we could not bring our dog at night with the restaurant. But that would be desirable and is readily available elsewhere.
