The room was comfortable, the hotel respected my request for no house-cleaning during my stay but at the same time the cleaning service did check in and see if I needed anything taken away or taken care of.
The price of parking was quite high ($27), added on to the price of the hotel room.

I did had a great time during my stay in Hyatt Regency, the location, the venue for the business that I had were just perfect. The rooms, health club, and the whole place was great. The accomodation and assistance the staff had given us during several of our functions were excelent. More power to all the staff at Hyatt Regency O'Hare, congratulations.
Only the distance from downtown, altough this was a very insignificant factor to the business that I have came for.

Pleasant staff who sincerely try to be accomodating.
Phone service went out. unable to access messages. accidently erased by staff. requested blankets, not brought after over an hour. requested again and brought right away.
