Room was clean and very neat. Staff was nice And Poor polite. Very good stay!
The one hour fire alarm and the whole hotel standing outside. That's no fault to the actual hotel though.

WE HAD A NICE QUIET NIGHT.WHEN WE ASKED AT THE FRONT DESK FOR A RIDE TO THE AIRPORT A VAN WAS THERE IN TWO MINUTES.ON OUR RETURN TO ISLIP AIRPORT WE PICKED UP OUR BAGS AND CALLED FOR A VAN AND SOMEONE PICKED US UP IN 5 MINUTES.

All was good except for the roach that was on the curtain which we reported to the front desk. I showed them a picture of it. They sent someone to remove it.
