The desk and maid service were polite and efficient. They prepared us a room before the normal check in time for our convenience. Thank you
The plumbing fixtures are sticky and the bath did not drain as fast as water came from the shower. Its time for them to change the mattresses and underbedding as its getting worn. Their WI FI need to have a simple security code for the guest so that it is secure. The smell of the various clensers that are used is pretyy strong. Maybe they could air out the rooms between servicing or put on the fan. I took this motel because there were conventions in the area and everything else was booked. There are better values in the close by area.

The availability of the room because other motels in the same price range were booked up
The carpet was filthy. A box mattress in the room had the lining torn. Handles and knobs were missing on storage cabinets.There was a gap between the threshold and the bottom of the entry door allowing air and critters into the room.If I owned this motel I would be embarrassed by the way these rooms are kept up.

I liked that it was clean and room didnt smell like smoke.
The first room air conditioner didnt work right so had to move but second location was much better. It was all you could expect for the price .

We were sheltered from the elements.
Too much furniture in a tiny room. Dirty(had not been vacuumed) vacuum was parked outside the door when we claimed our reserved room late in the day. No ashtray or drinking glasses in the room, Worn toilet seat, dirty corners in bathroom. Generally very shabby. Even at the low price, not good.
