Hampton Inn & Suites Rohnert Park - Sonoma County

I have to tell you that Marcello, the housekeeping manager, went above and beyond for me. My daughter left a necklace that was given to her by her great aunt. We realized it but not until we reached SFO. When I called, the room hadn't been cleaned yet the staff didn't initially find it. I called Marcello one last time tonight to ask him to look behind the TV as that was the last area my daughters had seen it. He went above and beyond for me because he could hear the desperation in my voice I'm sure. He asked the current occupant for permission to enter and found the necklace!!! I am beyond happy and I wanted you to know that even though I was being pesty with 4-5 phone calls, he treated me nicely and ultimately made my daughter and I soooo happy by finding her necklace. I wanted to commend Marcello for his professionalism and perseverance. We loved the hotel too. Great breakfasts and clean hotel. Thank you Marcello!!!!

Convenience. centralized location to where we were scheduled to go.

The staff was rude. not friendly. it seemed like we bothered them when we asked a question or requested something.

We checked in late at night and staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay.

We stayed in the hotel over Christmas with our family, and it was great to have a nice breakfast that had something for everyone including the grandchildren.

Right off the freeway. Clean, friendly staff.price was high compaired to most Hampton Inns, spend a lot of time in Denver on Araphoe and as soon as the hotel on Lincoln opens we will stay there.

Didn't like the dumpy hotel in the front and out our window there was a business. The area before the actual hotel is run down, we guessed that you didn't own it and it was just the approach to your hotel. I would plant some fast growing shrubs or trees as soon as possible to cover that up. They gave directions to the Red Lobster, you should know how to get to these resturants. Because our directions were bad.

Located close to shopping. We took the kids to the beach and to Ft. Ross for the day. Great location and great rooms. Kids enjoyed breakfast selection. Did not like outdoor pool. Pool was hot and wind made it hard to enjoy.

Just the outdoor pool. We like Hampton Suites because of the indoor pools offered.

Staff was terrific!! Bed & room great for the price!!!
