Location! Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean, as should be.
Towels were very white and clean but felt like sandpaper! Very frugal and sparse with soap and shampoo.

The room was acceptable for the price. Good location.
Lack of hair dryer and conditioner. Not a very comfortable mattress.

Pool users were very noisy and sound carried up into room late into the evening. Staff wanted to copy my Drivers license number into the computer. I will not allow that due to the ability of anyone using or hacking into the data base to get my information and steal my identity. Ask for and verify information--yes, copy my DL information--no way i'll stay.

It was the only hotel available near our destination. The staff was polite and accommodating.
Our rooms smelled horrible. The bedspread was torn and stained. There was a large stain on the carpet and it was pulled and tufted in areas. The ice machine was out of order and the pool was dirty.
