Days Inn by Wyndham Rockford

I liked the location and the price and the staff at front desk were very nice.

It was pretty much just barely clean enough. Dust behind stuff and everything pretty old. TV reception was horrible.

We found the motel to be very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.

We were in Rockford for a wedding. We reserved 4 rooms . The area where the breakfast buffet was is very small. But the breakfast was very good.

The beds were rock hard, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower was worthless as far as taking one, when I went to use the one and only treadmill in the fitness room it wouldn't work at all, the pillows were very small and nonexistent as far as use! This hotel was very very disappointing!!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice continental breakfast.

The first night we were there, we found a bug in the bed. My husband took it around to the front desk in a cup. We were offered another room, but decided to change to the other bed in the same room. We moved the next morning after explaining to the person on duty what had happened the night before. We asked if we could get a discount due to us finding the bug in the bed; the young lady (clerk) called the manager and he responded that he would have to do more investigating and that it was not possible to do anything at that time. I feel that something should have been done immediately. I will be addressing this further.
