Yes, I reserved my room through Hotel One, and they use false advertising. They indicated there was Free Cancellation, and only after I accepted the reservation and they had my money they indicated there was a cancellation charge. I will definitely not use them again, and may not stay at your motel again if you use firms like them to represent you.

When I booked motel my account was charged 165.97. When I checked out my bill said the motel charge was 134.69. I asked the desk clerk about the difference and he said the the 31.28 difference would drop off after a few days. To date it has not. How long do I have to wait? At this point I will not be booking thru your website anymore. What do I have to do to get this resolved?
