Absolutely EVERYTHING! We were given an incredible room upgrade just for signing up for their bonus program using an email address. We had an awesome view of the River and university. The kitchenette was well equipped,, the place was immaculate, the breakfast delicious and the location could NOT have been better.
There was not one thing wrong with this hotel!

The room and ammenities were clean and comfortable. And the location was convientent to the places and people we were there to see.
The only complaint that I had was with regards to noise on the last morning we were there. Our room was on the first floor, right next to a room / door that was labeled 'team members only'. For about a half hour between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on Monday that door was opened / closed at least a dozen times. I would recommend adding a gas spring or some other method to slowing the door down so that it doesn't slam when the door is closing.

I was staying at the hotel for business and I had a long day at work. I was relieved to find the social hour in the lobby. I was tired, but welcomed an opportunity for a lite snack and a drink. The lobby staff was more than accommodating, but I think if I come back I will utilize the free shuttle to have dinner out in the community. The room itself was perfect- the bed was comfy and the kitchen area perfect! I only hope next time I can utilize more of the room.

Good breakfast. Close to uni.
My room L22 had a mildewy smell. I asked about it, but if anything was done, the smell did not go away. I don't know what the problem was, but it was not very pleasant.

Close to the University of Rochester. Very comfortable room and extremely posh bathrooms. complimentary breakfast was also well above average.

The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. We were new to rochester and need directions and she helped us a few times.
