The staff was outstanding! Very Helpful and super sweet!

Got a discount because a previous booking was lost due t o a storm. Conve nience of parking our car and being shuttled to the airport was wonderful Manager ver accomodating. Despite reading prior negative reviews we were surprised and pleased with our overnight stay. Self serve complimentary breakfast was okay. Would definitely book again due to value of parking and leaving the car and the room for almost the same price as airport long term parking.

Relative to value received, no.

The price was very afordable, however; I do have some complaints. see below

The shower in Room 201 did not work at all. I did not realize this until the AM, and at that point there was nothing I could do. The towels were extremely thin. Finally, when I called the hotel to be picked up at the airport on April 5th, at first I could not get thru. I feel as though we should have been given the number for the van driver. When some finally answered at he hotel, she gave me the WRONG INFORMATION. I was told me that I needed to stand way down to the right. When the van arrived, I was not even close to where I should have been. I nearly missed the van because I had to walk a long distance, which was very difficult for me because I was using a cane due to my recent knee surgery. I was NOT happy. I feel it is very important for the hotel staff to give accurate info.

The people who drove me to a meeting when I landed that I was late to. REally helpful people. Comfortable beds, working TV. Great Staff

It has been updated since last time so now no complaints

We used the park and fly, which we have used many times in the past. This was the 2nd time in a row we have been dissatisfied with that. this time- when we arrived back at the airport, we called the hotel for 20 minutes and only got an answering machine. We finally got a cab to the hotel in order to pick up our car.

Close to the airport. The restaurant was better than I thought it would be and the restaurant staff/owner was very nice/accommodating.

The staff was not friendly, nice or attentive. They did not display any hospitality. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were disgusting.
