Staff were very accomodating, we were late arriving as result of the strike, and the manager called the party that was suppose to meet us. So, we felt as sense of relief and knew we could rely on his advice throughtout our stay.
The carpets are very wavy and need replacing, it has a grand entrance so a little cosmetic underdoing would make this hotel not look so seedy. There was sounds of water running all night and stopped about 7am when were getting up. When you came down stairs to the lobbby in the morning there was gaseous smell.

The staff working in the hotel is very cordial. The beautiful and very quiet room, too wide.
What I liked is that there ascensor.Tambien think the hallways and the facade of the hotel in need of reform. We were good, but we played tired and climb three floors with luggage. The room had a broken window and during the days that we were not even see the street.
