Very thankful for the shuttle to and from the Berglund Center to see the Alabama Concert!. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I love to stay at the Hotel Roanoke.

The hotel is top notch and the location was fabulous. It was our first time to stay in Roanoke and we plan to return based on our experience of the hotel and nearby attractions. The walkway over the train tracks was genius. Someone figured that it would be a good idea to embrace the history of the train in Roanoke.

The room was beautiful and the view out the windows was stunning. Also the Christmas decorations were so festive that it felt truly magical inside the lobby and hallways. Would like to make staying here an annual event for Christmas Eve!

The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful, especially at Christmas time! We also enjoyed the personable demeanor and graciousness of our waiter (Skip) who served our party of 10 breakfast on December 26 and then again on December 27 just my husband and I. THe Hotel Roanoake must be a great place to work because he was the same waiter we had when we were guests at your hotel 4 years ago!

The location was great to walk over to the Roanoke City Market. The hotel is beautiful. The bell captain was very accommodating in taking us on the shuttle to a nearby wedding party we were invited to. It was a very nice experience.
