The atmosphere is attractive, well decorated and innovative. The staff is friendly. I liked being near a few art galleries and shops. The rooftop bar is delightful.
I had to ask to have my bed made , I would assume that it would be done even if I did not request sheets to be washed.
When I had breakfast the wait staff forgot to bring an item I requested on two occasions.

Staff were exceptionally great. Leah was wonderful. She remembered my name when I was checking out
Manu items on roof bar needs to expand. My room was on the 6th floor and on Friday night I could hear noise/movement coming from the roof.
