The staff, the pool ….
The only small problem was the noise from the plane taking off in rooms facing Cambie Rd.

The staff we dealt with were all very great and we enjoyed the bar and grill and the business center on the second floor. The bartender was especially nice and very accommodating.

The positives were having a separate living room area, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice pool area, being able to have breakfast smorgasbord style.

The room was very comfortable. the best thing I liked though was the responsiveness of your staff regarding my experience with the shuttle bus late at night. It was taking so long to come to the airport that I phoned, but no-one answered the call. so I took a cab, as I had just flown in from Cancun and I was extremely tired. In the morning I spoke to the front desk staff, as suggested by your late night person and was reimbursed for that cost. The bus came in about 20 minutes of my arrival at the hotel from the airport. So thank you for that!
