The ideal place for sky train and bus service
I found hair and dirt at top of bed when mattresses were pulled back and deposit is still on my credit card after 3 days

We were allowed an early check-in at 2:00 & that was very much appreciated.
When we were shuttled from the airport once, one of the drivers nearly fell asleep at the wheel.
Eggs every day, rather than every other day would have been nice.
A little updating of the hotel would also be nice.

Early morning wake-up call and shuttle to airport.
Room was very clean.
Hotel was showing it's age. Old molding newly painted.
Hallways were hot and humid while rooms were well air conditioned. AC to hallways needed to be turned on.

The bed was very comfortable..awesome location for catching the Canada line into Vancouver..
The continental breakfast was a little to basic..it lacked pastries of any type

Friendly service, excellent service from the shuttle pick up to airport and the shuttle to the ferry docks. Staff were excellent stay was great!

Have Asked. For smaller pillows. You need smaller pillows for some people, too big makes for a lousy sleep!
