Staff wonderfully responsive and helpful. Location on the river wonderful.
That we could not stay longer. But will next time.

Nice enough room, quiet, good location for my visit to Richland. Breakfast was good, well above average.
Selection of TV channels seemed rather limited. Could use more fresh fruit at the breakfast.

It was the host hotel for the running event we were doing. They were receptive to "late checkout" and receptive to an earlier breakfast. Thank you!

Accessability to river trail. Personnel all were friendly and helpful
Food was very good and generous (ate dinner in dining room)
Obvious it has seen better day. Grounds not kept up, needing outside paint, outdoor carpet needing replacement....just in general, a little shabby and sad. The bar/dinning room was marginal....tables old and scarred. Room was clean but pillows were almost flat and linens marginal...TV, old.

Bed was very comfortable.
Scheduled 6 AM breakfast wasn't available until 7 AM. Had to miss it. Room was excessively "perfumed." Clothes and baggage smelled two days after returning home.

The outdoor pool was great!
No elevator for those on the 2nd floor and all their luggage. The equipment in the exercise room did not work and there were no fans for the heat coming from the sauna.

It was close to where we needed to go. The staff was so helpful and willing to help.
The breakfast wasn't to my liking.. They needed to keep it stocked better

Convenient, close
It was a little run down, I ate in the restaurant and was the only one there.
