Location
High level of noise during the night, loud TV in common area. Management should have corrected this problem on its own, but they did not. Price was too high for the overall quality of our stay.

There was a problem w/ the heating which was corrected right after it was reported, other then that we enjoyed our stay.

Everything! The room was very nice and compared to those I have stayed in at resorts in Las Vegas, at a much more affordable price. Also, everyone was more than wonderful with regards to my small dog who I had brought with me. Thanks for a wonderful stay and conference!

I got put the middle of about 5 rooms holding a baseball team (think 10 year olds). They ran up and down the hallways until about 11 pm, then started up again early in the morning. I was there on business and clearly not part of this gang. It would have been nice to been warned about being put in the middle of a team rental.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was at the perfect temperature. It was nice and quiet with beautiful grounds. The breasfast buffet was good however I believe it should have been included in the price. The dinner was wonderful.

The first room we were put in had a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain. The second had no bedside reading lamp. Previously I had been put in a room with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling (and I mean "cobwebs").
