Main reason for choosing BON Hotel Waterfront Richards Bay: Location
The entire facility was excellent and the location is perfect. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff is wonderful and helpful.
I think you need to work on the internet connection. I am a business person and was there for business. There are times when I was not able to work because the internet was not working. For a quality hotel such as yours, I would expect better internet services. I am still grateful that the internet was complementary. However, I am willing to pay for it if that will guarantee me full time connection.
