Yes, there was no elevator and the main floor was under remodeling. Until that work is done, people should be warned about all the dust and disruption. If I had it to do over, I would have selected another hotel.

The card access system was not working consistently at my door. The card access programming device appeared to need replacing; the staffer could not get the touchpad to accept entries when my card had to be reprogrammed the morning of check-out.
