The hotel was terrific, staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean. A very nice stay.
The only downfall was there was no continental breakfast...

Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful getting us extra towels. Housekeepers did a great job as well
Would have loved a complimentary coffee bar in lobby.

It was a great location at a great price.
The booking process. Your site was dishonest and I will report it. You didn't know that the rate was nonrefundable without additional clicking, your site was made to look like the hotel site so I thought I was going directly to the hotel rather than a third-party site, and the "ocean view" you sold me did not look out over the ocean.
