The staff, they were great.
The first room the air condition did not cool enough, so they gave us another room and the refrigerator did not work,so they gave us another one and it froze everything in it. My friend with me fell in the tub because it did not have a matt, so after calling 2 times about it we finally got it.

I attended an Insurance assocs. convention and we ate in the banquet room, food and service qwere very good.
THe door to my room did not close by it self the dead bolt on the room door did not work, the room did not have soap or shampoo in the bathroom when I checked-in. The maid did leave soap and shampoo the second day of my stay. The business center was not very business frindly, needed to use my credit card to go online.....39 cent a minutes???is this the 70's??

Relaxed.
There were no wash clothes in the bathroom. The maid did not leave any coffee or decaf coffee after our first night. We could not get two wine glasses our first night. We brought our own wine and wanted to use your wine glasses. Wine from those plastic cups is not as pleasant.

There need to be umbrellas by the pool area. The elevators smelled bad.
